1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means your personal member account on the otw555 platform, created upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, togel draw, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted to your Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and related services provided by otw555, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel lottery, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams.
• "Rupiah" or "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this age restriction and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing our services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must:

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up-to-date. You must immediately notify us of any changes to your personal details, including changes of address, email, or phone number.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

otw555 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money-laundering regulations and to prevent fraud, we require all members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. You must provide:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license).

Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from another person's account) are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reverse such deposits and close your Account if third-party funding is detected.

4.4 No Deposit Fees

otw555 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees or charges. These third-party fees are your responsibility.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed the KYC identity verification process.
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name (matching your verified identity).
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds or promotions.
• Have a minimum balance of Rp 50.000 (minimum withdrawal amount).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours depending on the payment method, time of day, and verification status:

• VIP members (Gold tier and above): Priority processing, typically under 6 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a regulatory requirement designed to prevent money laundering. If your deposit method cannot be used for withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallets), we will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after additional verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

7. Betting Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Limitations of Liability

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, otw555's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 Assumption of Risk

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you after verification. 10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.

• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months.

If your Account is closed for violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closed for other reasons (e.g., extended inactivity, voluntary closure), your verified balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees.

10.3 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) to cover administrative costs. Dormancy fees will be deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which otw555 holds its operating license. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law may apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute with otw555, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours for urgent matters, 7 business days for complex cases.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the dispute to our senior management team for further review. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

11.3 Arbitration Clause

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
